1.3. If the User does not agree with the terms, they must cease using the Service.

2.1. The Service provides Users with tools for automating content management in Telegram channels, including content generation using artificial intelligence, news parsing, and publication scheduling.
2.2. The User is responsible for the content published in their Telegram channel through the Service.
2.3. The Service Administration reserves the right to change the functionality and terms of service without prior notice.
//3. Registration and Account
3.1. To access the full functionality of the Service, the User must register by providing accurate information.
3.2. The User is responsible for the security of their account credentials and agrees not to share them with third parties.
3.3. The Service Administration has the right to block or delete the User's account in case of violation of the terms of this Agreement.
//4. Payment and Refunds
4.1. The use of the Service is on a paid basis. The User replenishes their balance and pays only for specific actions (content generation, parsing, etc.).
4.2. Refunds are possible only in the case of a technical malfunction of the Service that prevents the use of paid services.
4.3. The Service Administration reserves the right to change the cost of services without prior notice.
//5. Liability and Limitations
5.1. The Service Administration is not responsible for the content of posts published by the User, as well as for any consequences of their publication.
5.2. The Service is provided "as is," without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or meeting the User's expectations.
5.3. The User agrees not to use the Service for publishing content that violates the law.
//6. Confidentiality
6.1. The Service commits not to disclose Users' personal data to third parties, except in cases provided for by law.
6.2. The Service Administration takes measures to protect Users' data but does not guarantee absolute information security.
//7. Changes to Terms
7.1. The Service Administration has the right to make changes to this Agreement without prior notice.
7.2. Continued use of the Service after changes have been made indicates the User's agreement with the new terms.
//8. Final Provisions
8.1. All disputes arising in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the law.
8.2. If one or more provisions of the Agreement become invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
